Sugar Plum Tree offers an excellent superior product range at a competitive price, fast delivery service and efficient, personal after sales care.

It is the creation of husband and wife team Nick and Claire Clemas. We met in 1989 whilst studying Jewellery and Design at Art College and since then have successfully managed retail stores, within the luxury jewellery/watch market in both London (Harrods) and Surrey.


We returned to the West Country and following the birth of our son Harry both had the desire to open our own Boutique store. We wanted to create a stylish superior children’s clothes retail outlet with an intimate fresh feel, and an online store in the same style.

We are constantly sourcing new designers from all over the world, including UK, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Australia and the USA, each with their own unique design and image. To compliment the children's clothes we offer a range of fabulous gift’s; including changing bags, baby gift sets, soft toys, baby booties, children’s wooden jewellery toys, sit on toys, nursery gifts and furniture, baby blankets, organic gifts and christening gifts.
