Using this Website indicates that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. This Website is owned and operated by Sugar Plum Tree. By using this Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use this Website. Sugar-Plum Tree may revise these terms at any time by updating this posting. You should check this section of the Website from time to time to review the current terms. You shall be deemed to have accepted the updated terms if you continue to use this Website after they are updated. To assist you with this we will update the issue date at the head of these conditions so you know when they have been changed

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEM(S)

If you should receive an item(s) that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days on receipt of goods. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible, once we established the problem and the partial or full order has been returned to us.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept pierced earrings back for return

RETURNS

If you need to return an item purchased online, FIRST contact us at customerservices@sugarplumtree.co.uk or please call us on 0800 069 9752. Always leave a phone number.

You can return the goods to us within 14 days after our dispatch date provided that:

· The supplied packaging is complete

· All the original labels are intact

· The product is in perfect unworn condition

· It is not pierced earrings

Clothing items have not been worn or show any signs of being so.

This gives you plenty of time to look and decide if the item is right for you. If you don't like it for some reason, please send it back to us, unworn and with all original labels/tags still attached.

Please Note If you are returning your item for any reason other than damaged, faulty or incorrect item sent, then we do not refund the original postage charge.

1. Please take your parcel to the nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods can be returned to

Quote the name of the correspondent that agreed the return when you first notified us of it.

2. You should receive your refund or exchange within 3 working days (in stock items only) from the date Sugar-Plum Tree received the returned item(s).

3. Refunds can only be refunded back to the original purchaser and receipt of purchase must be included with the return. A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included for a refund.

If there are any problems with your refund we will contact you. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price.

We cannot be held responsible for postal strikes or any natural disaster that may effect the postal companies within the UK

SECURITY

When you log in or place an order on our site, you will notice a padlock appearing in the bottom of the web browser when you start to checkout. This shows that the browser is communicating over an encrypted link. Put simply, this means it is safe for you to submit your credit card details online with us (in Internet Explorer:- select File, Properties, view Certificate button). If you are still unsure, then just phone us, and we can complete the transaction manually. We recommend not to send orders and card details via email, as we cannot guarantee secure transmission of details.

PRIVACY

Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we don't use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than that which is required to fulfil your orders, contact you in the event of any query, offer you services such as new alerts, send you your wish lists or for reminder services. Your details will not be passed onto any other companies.

RECEIPT OF ORDER

Sugar Plum Tree must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once stock has been checked, Sugar Plum Tree will send you an email confirming your order. Once your credit card has been authorised your shipment will be arranged. We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts. Sugar Plum Tree reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

PRICING

On occasion, the prices payable of goods advertised on our web site may differ from those prices offered in our Sugar Plum Tree store and we are under no obligation to honour any web site price if there is such a difference. Occasionally an error may occur with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by Sugar Plum Tree its licensors. NOTICES
